Link your card through your bank's digital wallet settings, then choose Paze at checkout instead of entering your card manually. No registration is required, and the credit typically posts within two billing cycles, through September 10.

American Express Membership Rewards® is running a 30% transfer bonus to British Airways through September 27, turning the usual 1:1 rate into 1:1.3, but the smartest move may be what you do after the points land. Once transferred, miles can be moved again to Qatar Airways, Finnair, Iberia, or Aer Lingus for stronger value, including real savings on routes like JetBlue Mint. This bonus shows up about once a year, worth acting on if you're sitting on Amex points.

Frontier's new all-you-can-fly pass costs $199 for nearly seven months of flights through early January, with each flight costing basically just the taxes and fees, though seats are limited and blackout dates apply around major holidays. World of Hyatt also has a promo worth registering for now. Complete three qualifying nights at a participating all-inclusive resort in Mexico, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, or Costa Rica between January and March to earn a free night award at any Category 1 to 4 hotel, up to five times, through June 30, 2027.

From free money, to seriously cheap flights, and an opportunity to earn free hotel nights, we’ve got a bunch of promotions to share with you today.

Happy Monday, and welcome to week two of Departure Digest.

We’re usually all about airlines and hotels here, but saving you money doesn’t have to stop there, so let’s start with one that has nothing to do with planes at all.

This one’s a bit of a reminder, since the promo has been running since earlier in the summer, but you’ve got exactly one month left to use it.

In case you’ve never heard of Paze, it’s a new digital wallet trying to become the next Apple Pay. It’s backed by the same company behind Zelle.

Right now, Paze is giving up to $10 back on purchases of $10 or more, up to 10 times per eligible credit or debit card, so up to $100 per eligible card.

If you’ve got three eligible credit or debit cards, that’s potentially $300 back.

Eligible banks include Bank of America, [another major bank], Capital One, and Citi, among others.

Here’s how it works. Link your card through your bank’s app, under digital wallets. Then when you check out online, just choose Paze instead of entering your card manually. It’s usually right next to the PayPal or Apple Pay option. No separate registration is needed, the credit shows up automatically once your purchase posts.

Dunkin’, Sephora, and Macy’s all have plenty of $10 items. I personally just bought 10 separate $10 Dunkin’ gift cards. I’ll never say no to someone paying me to shop.

A couple tips. Space your purchases out over a day or two, and double check the email on your Paze account matches what you use at checkout. And be patient, the statement credit isn’t instant, it can officially take up to two billing cycles to post, though a lot of people are seeing it show up much faster than that.

Ten minutes of shopping for up to $100 back per card is a great return, and you’ve got until Sept. 10 to use it.

That’s the easy one. Now here’s a promo for the points nerds.

Amex is running a 30% transfer bonus to British Airways through Sept. 27. Normally these points move over 1:1, so now it’s 1:1.3.

Here’s the smarter move though, don’t redeem through British Airways itself. Most airline miles are stuck wherever you transfer them, but British Airways miles aren’t. Once the miles land in your account, you can move them again to Qatar Airways, Finnair, Iberia, or Aer Lingus. That’s what makes this bonus worth more than it looks like at first.

For example, Qatar lets you book JetBlue Mint between L.A. and New York for 74,000 points. But with this bonus, that basically drops to around 57,000 points each way. Or book American Airlines business class from New York to London through Qatar for around 48,000 points each way instead of 62,000.

This bonus shows up about once a year, so if you’ve been sitting on Amex points, this is worth acting on before Sept. 27.

If transfer bonuses aren’t your thing, here’s one that doesn’t require any points math at all.

Frontier just dropped a new version of its all-you-can-fly pass.

Frontier’s a budget airline, so you already know you’re paying extra for basically everything from bags to seat selection. But the base price here is low enough that it can still be worth it.

$200 gets you nearly seven months of flights, through early January, and the airfare itself is basically a penny per segment, you just cover taxes and fees.

The biggest catch is flexibility. Available seats are limited, most domestic bookings only open the day before departure, and there are blackout dates around major holidays.

So, think of this less like a season pass and more like a standby ticket for the next six months.

If that sounds exciting, you’ll probably love it. If that sounds stressful, skip it.

Last one, and it’s for anyone already thinking about next winter.

Hyatt’s got a new promo worth registering for now.

Register by Sept. 30, complete three qualifying nights at a participating resort between January and March of next year, and you’ll earn a free night award good at any Category 1 to 4 hotel.

Most of the participating properties are all-inclusive resorts in places like Mexico, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, and Costa Rica. Think resorts like Hyatt Ziva, Secrets, and Dreams.

Something I love about this promotion is that award stays booked with points count too, not just cash stays. In other words, free nights can help earn more free nights.

Do that up to five times, and you could walk away with five free nights. Just use them by June 30. For example, the Thompson in Washington D.C. and Dream South Beach are both Category 4 properties.
